Metal X Clean supplies mobile systems in various power classes. Although the exact configuration may differ per model, these machines share the same logic: a laser source, a power and control system, a cooling system, a handpiece or scanhead, and connections for operation and safety. For a user, it is particularly important that each of these components influences reliability, process behavior, and safety levels.

Mobile systems are often chosen because they are used on-site: in maintenance departments, in machine building, in the demolition sector, in recycling, in steel construction, or during service work. It is precisely this mobility that makes safety discipline more important. A fixed cell or fixed workspace is more manageable; a mobile setup must be configured correctly every time.

For the operator, the choice of machine primarily means that the usability differs. A 1000W system is suitable for more precise work and lighter contamination. Higher power levels offer more capacity for larger surfaces, heavier layers, and higher productivity, but also require tighter control of distance, speed, and work zone.

The machine should never be viewed as a standalone solution to the job. The machine is one part of the system. The rest consists of the operator, the workplace, the extraction, the shielding, the PPE, the work sequence, and the evaluation of the result.
